Located in Sintra, Sequoias Exploratory Country House is close enough to be safe and unexpected, and just far enough to be exceptional.
We suggest that you bypass the crowded touristic centres and immerse yourself in an ocean of green, where the pure air can clear your mind. A special forest where feelings of natural scale and personal connection get together. You are prompted to reflect on what truly matters to you and to appreciate the preciousness of these surroundings. A place brimming with stories and history, a place full of life and creation, inclined for healing and celebration.
The House

Sequoias has 6 ensuite bedrooms on its upper floor, all enjoying a unique mountain landscape. Its common areas - living room, dining hall, conference room - are spacious and bright.
The gardens around the main house, have two more accommodations: a picturesque wooden house and an independent 4-people dorm by the orchard.
Outside, with a view of the iconic Pena Palace and Castle of the Moors, you have a variety of large spaces and nooks to work and relax in the gardens, pool, and forest. We are positive that staying at Sequoias will make your experience exceptional.
